BLCU Online ICTP Admission Process Guide

Step 1: Complete Your Application Form

  • Please fill out the BLCU Online ICTP Application form in English or in Chinese.
    • Please be sure to complete every field to the best of your ability. Your admission decision will depend on the accuracy of your information.
  • Submit your application form for review.
  • You must submit your application form before the application deadline for your desired start. If you do not submit your application form before this deadline, you must wait until the next start to begin.

Step 2: Receive Your Admission Decision

  • Once your application form is received by the university, they will render an admissions decision for you within five (5) days.
  • If you are accepted into the program, you will receive a congratulatory email notifying you of your acceptance and providing next steps.
    • This email will contain a university generated username and password which you can use to sign into your account at http://ictp.eblcu.com/.
  • If you are accepted into the program, you will be automatically registered for your first course.

Step 3: Sign In to Your Account and Pay for Your Courses

  • Use your login information to sign into your account at http://ictp.eblcu.com/.
  • After logging in, confirm your course and pay.
    • You should already be registered for your first course. If you are not, please contact the university using the contact information below.
  • Pay for your course online using your credit card (recommended and preferred) or by bank remittance.
  • You must pay for your courses before the payment deadline for your desired start date. If you do not pay before this deadline, you will have to wait until the next start date to begin.

Step 4: Log In to Canvas and Begin Your Course

  • Once your payment has been received, the university will send you a confirmation email notifying you that you have access to Canvas and where you can begin your course when it opens.
    • This email will provide login instructions you can use to sign in to your secure Canvas environment.
  • When your course start date arrives, login to Canvas and begin your course.

Step 5: Pay for Subsequent Courses.

  • You will be automatically registered for your next course when it becomes available on the university website
  • Before moving to the next course in your program, you must pay for it through your account at http://ictp.eblcu.com/.
  • If you do not pay for your course before the payment deadline, you will not be allowed to start. If you miss these deadlines, you must wait until the next start date to continue.

Step 6: Complete Your Certificate Program and Receive Your Credential

  • Once you have completed all necessary courses and requirements, you will be provided with a certificate confirming that you have satisfactorily completed the BLCU Online ICTP Program.
